About SupportMail
# **__Ticket Module__** A user sends a message to the bot (in a DM) and the bot's response depends on the mutual servers between the user and the bot. In summary you can choose between **Create a new ticket** or **Continue in an open ticket**, if you only share 1 server with the bot, your message is automatically forwarded to the server, or you are asked to **Create a new ticket**. New tickets, are created as Forum Posts and this allows a better organisation. If a staff member sends a message in a ticket-post, this message is transferred into the user's DMs. If anyone in the open ticket open edits their message (in the server or in the DM), the bot edit's his message to the new content. You can translate user/staff messages by right-clicking a message in a ticket or a DM, selecting `Apps` > **`Translate`**. # **__Report Module__** Users can use the context menu to right-click a message or a user and select `Apps` > **`Report Message`** / **`Report User`**. Then they can fill out a form where they can give a reason why they report that message and submit the report. The mods then get the report sent into a predefined channel and they can **ban**/**timeout** the user, **delete** his message or **ignore** the report, by clicking **buttons** on the report message. # **__High Configurability__** Configure many aspects of the bot! > An overview of all commands of the bot can be found here: https://docs.supportmail.dev/commandsTags
